Simply put, if we cancel/close for weather, we provide a free exchange for any other day during our season or a complete refund. We typically don't close for passing showers or short bursts of bad weather.

Looking for more protection and flexibility? We now offer Insurance PLUS for an additional $4.00 per ticket. This non-refundable insurance covers you for ANY reason you can't attend, including:

• Car problems
• Oversleeping
• Getting lost on the way
• Questionable weather
• Someone in your group not showing up

Just contact us PRIOR to your event and we'll issue a refund or exchange. No need to explain why - it's entirely up to you! You can also choose your new date later by texting, calling, or emailing us.
