Our standard Cancelation policy  has worked well for many years, and thousands of customers have been happy with it.  Simply put, if we cancel/close for weather, we provide a free exchange for any other day during our season or a complete refund. We typically don't close for passing showers or short bursts of bad weather.

We now offer Insurance PLUS for an additional $4 per ticket. This non-refundable insurance covers you for ANY reason you can't attend, including:

• Car problems
• Oversleeping
• Getting lost on the way and arriving to late to enter
• Weather is not to your liking
• That friend that does not show up
• Kids get sick

Just contact us PRIOR to your event and we'll issue a refund or exchange. No need to explain why - it's entirely up to you! You can also choose your new date later by texting, calling, or emailing us.
